LOBSTER PERI PERI

Portuguese inspired Indian spices with fresh Lobster

Our chefs have put together this incredible dish using the Portuguese inspired Indian Masala to fresh Maine Lobster. 

 

Recipe of the month

Chilled Mango Soup
Ingredients:
7 Oz Mango  Pulp, 14 Oz Yogurt, 2 tsp Vegetable Oil, 2 green chilies, salt to taste, curry leaves

In a medium pan, whisk the mango pulp with yogurt and make a thin soupy mixture. Heat the oil in a separate pan, add mustard seeds, chilies and curry leaves. Stir fry for 1 minute till the chilies turn brown. To this add the Mango - Yogurt mixture. Serve it chilled.
